• End to End ownership of cases
• Responsible for checking tags and reverting on time (Slacks/Mails)
• Need to take follow ups actively on the data they are working on
• Maintaining their own excel sheets
• Clear idea on taxonomy and proper mapping of department/sub department - Focus on approving jobs with proper hygiene
• Explaining employers on the purpose of the documentation process
• Context setting on follow up calls

Requirement: * Candidate must be a Graduate (minimum qualification).

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Hindi (both written and spoken). Understanding of any other regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Typing speed (20-25 words/min or more)

• Intermediate Computer knowledge and Excel skills
• Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
• Candidates must have 0-2 years of BPO experience in a similar role in a blended process.
• Candidates must have a Laptop/Desktop with proper Wi-Fi & broadband connection (Office / Hybrid / WFH).
