The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centred design, usability, and visual design, with a proven track record of creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for complex platforms.Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design process for our digital campaign management platform, from ideation to implementation

  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and prioritize improvements
  • Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively
  • Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform
  • Optimize the user experience by continuously analysing user behaviour, identifying pain points, and implementing data-driven design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance the platform's user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design with development and business objectives
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and user-centred thinking
  • Present and communicate design solutions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and their impact on user experience and business outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field or equivalent years of experience in design industry
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, preferably in digital marketing or advertising technology
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions for complex platforms or products
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure
  • Experience in implementing design systems for digital products
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility guidelines
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysing user feedback
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, colour, and composition
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to balance user needs with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience designing for data-driven platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools
