This is a Full-Time and Internship position targeted at freshers. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and user-friendly designs, assisting in user research, and establishing effective design communication to transform ideas into reality.Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD (Mandatory skill) is crucial for designing interactive UI/UX.
• Experience in using Sketch for creating initial design sketches and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Competence in conducting insightful user research to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
• Ability to create wireframes that seamlessly convert into visually appealing mockups and prototypes.
• Experience in prototyping to facilitate a deeper understanding of functionality and user interaction.
• Understanding of usability testing methods to ensure designs meet user needs and are intuitive to use.
• Expertise in responsive design ensuring visually appealing and functional designs across devices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and designers to create seamless design solutions that meet project goals.
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and motivations, enhancing design effectiveness.
• Create detailed wireframes and prototypes that communicate design ideas clearly and efficiently.
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics to improve user satisfaction.
• Ensure responsive design principles are applied, creating a consistent experience across all devices and platforms.
