Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions.
• UI Elements: Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and buttons.
• Consistency: Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
• Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design and development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Front-End Skills: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.User-Centred
• Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience with motion design and creating interactive prototypes.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
