Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities:

The primary role of a UI/UX designer is to help in driving and designing the user experience and user interface of our Enterprise Software which is based on the Security Platform that is developed by PAI. You will help in shaping the overall customer experience and be an integral part of the product and technology team that is constantly striving towards enhancing CX for our customers and reducing customer effort.



You will work closely with the engineering team towards ensuring the deliverables and be responsive, flexible, and adapt to thrive in collaborative work environments. We are looking for a talented and experienced design leader with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and solid design instincts who can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions.


• Drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
• Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
• Communicate UX/UI design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications
• Ability to inform proposed designs by promoting the scientific approach, and associated UX principles.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.
• Plan the user-centered design (UCD) process.
Continually keep yourself updated with the latest changes and trends in the industry.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience with UX/UI design for complex workflows
• Good working knowledge in standard software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preferable to have experience in designing enterprise application software.
• Experience in creating high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to articulate detailed screen flows and user interactions that need to be developed.
• Adept with high- fidelity tools, like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch etc.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Strong analytical bent of mind.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong personal management skills. Must be able to function autonomously as well as a team contributor.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge:

• Strong Knowledge in wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe.cc and InVision)
• Excellent working knowledge in HTML, CSS and bootstrap.
• Must have clear understanding to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX/UI work
• Knowledge of the Scrum development process
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Self-motivated individual with an analytical mind-set capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Certification in design.
