Responsibilities

Design and improve the user interface and experience for our digital products across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and applications).
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and understand user needs and behaviors.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Evaluate user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
Maintain and enforce brand standards and design guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies."
