About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UX/UI Designer

to help shape user-centric digital experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that solve real problems and delight users.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Translate concepts into user journeys and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirements

Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and web/mobile usability principles Familiarity with HTML/CSS; JavaScript skills are a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills A keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design/prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer) Background in branding or visual storytelling Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Carbon, etc.) Experience working in agile teams
