Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong background in graphic design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design principles and digital design tools, capable of creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. You'll play a key role in crafting engaging designs for our digital platforms, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, and work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and visually cohesive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototype: Utilize Adobe XD, Figma (preferred), and other prototyping tools to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups that effectively illustrate design concepts.
• Graphic Creation: Design attractive graphics, icons, and assets tailored to digital platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
• UI/UX Development: Develop and enhance user interfaces that focus on usability, accessibility, and visual impact, leveraging a strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Collaborative Brainstorming: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to conceptualize design solutions that improve user interaction and engagement.
• Iterative Design Process: Work within an iterative process to refine and enhance designs based on feedback, user testing, and project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic creation and editing.
• Prototyping Tools: Hands-on experience with Adobe XD and Figma (preferred) to design interactive wireframes and mockups.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design ideas and concepts.

Experience:

• Professional Background: Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in collaborative environments with agile development teams.
• Background in digital branding and multimedia design.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
