You will be working closely with a creative and highly competent development team in an agile environment to create interfaces & experiences that are flexible enough to evolve with the needs of one of our product. Responsibilities Collaborating with the product team to design game features that meet key business and user goals Creating flows, wireframes and other UX documentation for the game features Creating prototypes to help team take better decisions Gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback to optimize existing UX designs and inform new ones o Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and industry-standard design & prototyping tools o Good understanding of Product Design & UX principles o Experience in mobile and web interface design o Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D and motion design is a plus o Passion for the latest gaming o Excellent written and verbal communication o Bachelor\'s degree in graphic arts, interaction design, or industry experience in the design field What we are looking for o Evaluates designs quickly and create original high-quality work. Owns features o Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow o Develop UI, graphic design, and interaction specifications/guidelines o Employ user-centric design practices to deliver world-class interactive game experiences o Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently, present and sell design concepts o Support design decisions from a practical UX best practices standpoint o Interface, and collaborate with key internal client and project stakeholders to ensure the user experience reflects player needs and consistency o 2 to 5+ Years of UI/UX design experience Requirements 2+ years of practical Product Design experience Expertise with tools required for Wireframing& prototyping Good skills in crafting fun/effective user flows, wireframes and interactions Passion for gaming, especially in the mobile sphere Good sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles Why Join us Independence Work with kind, humble teams that inspire
