They are also a Information technology company making mobile solutions, Artificial Intelligence and RPA for the market.

Roles and Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced UX Lead to join our team as a key contributor in driving the design strategy for our products. The UX Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the UX design team and developing and implementing a user-centered design approach across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UX design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement a user-centered design approach, ensuring that all design decisions are driven by user needs and feedback.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and develop design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product concepts.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, design systems, and other design-related documentation.
• Manage the design process from concept to launch, ensuring that all design work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of UX designers.
• Strong portfolio of UX design work that demonstrates a user-centered design approach and an ability to solve complex design problems.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and other UX research methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design systems is a plus.
• Ability to lead and guide the team with industry best practices.

• Create customer journey maps, user journeys & experience maps.
• Create personas, empathy, and relationship maps.
• Create site maps, information architecture and taxonomies.
• Create sketches & storyboards to visualize UX/UI solutions.
• Execute detailed wireframes & build specifications.
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate ideas & designs via user testing.
• Create concepts for pitches.

Additional skillset (Good to have)

• B2B experience an advantage but not essential.
• Working within an agile framework
• Managing and delivering design systems
• Designing enterprise applications
• Designing mobile applications
• Delivering custom complex digital products within heavily regulated industries

Knowledge of Tools

• Familiar with the latest design tools: Sketch, Figma, Axure,
• Collaboration tools: Miro, Mural
• Understanding of web analytics and business metrics

• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams and be able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
