We are hiring a talented and experienced UX Interaction Designer to support the client to
expand their capabilities building world class, user-centered applications. You will be
responsible for discovering opportunities for innovation, identifying areas of improvement and
inspiring empathy driven solutions.Key roles and responsibilities
As a UX Interaction Designer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and
collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you
will make an impact by:
\xef\x82\xb7 Working within a cross-functional, international team focusing on creating and improving
digital supply chain and manufacturing analytics tools used to drive corporate supply
chain strategy.
\xef\x82\xb7 Pioneering new and innovative design concepts, to create novel and user-centered,
reporting and data visualization for manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders and/or
business leaders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Defining key interface behaviors through experience models, personas, storyboards, site
maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Supporting the creation of design system foundations, components, libraries and
guidelines for scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
\xef\x82\xb7 Creating usability test guides and running usability tests remotely and in-person, either
for groups or one-on-one.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborating and supporting other design disciplines like UX research, Product strategy,
UX testing etc. to craft human-centered solutions that drive better outcomes.Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following
qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f A Bachelor\'s degree or higher from an accredited university in design, human-computer
interaction or equivalent degree.
\xe2\x97\x8f Two (2) years of relevant digital design experience in a private, public, government or
military environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint (for larger shareouts), and collaboration tools such
as Miro. Other design tools including Adobe CS.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
\xef\x82\xb7 3+ years relevant experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience designing and delivering for React applications, supply chain and
manufacturing reporting, data visualization, and design systems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Skills including storytelling & presentation, UX design and research best practices, UI
audits, visual design best practices, and a collaborative mindset.
