Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, with a deep understanding of user psychology and product design. Capable of collaborating with development teams to create intuitive, attractive, and highly functional software interfaces.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve software solutions.

• Develop wireframes, task flows, and prototypes based on user requirements and feedback.

• Collaborate with UI designers and developers to create visually appealing and functional software interfaces.

• Define interaction models, evaluate their success, and iteratively improve the user experience.

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and developers.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends in UX design and implement best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in UX design for business applications.

• Proficiency in design tools (UXPin, Balsamiq) and familiarity with HTML/CSS.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on usability and user psychology.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
