Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and creative UX Designer to join our team. As a fresher in this role, you'll work closely with our team to help craft user-centric, visually appealing, and functional designs that enhance the user experience.

Key Skills to Look For:

Basic UX Principles: Understanding of fundamental UX design principles, including user-centered design and design thinking.

Proficiency in Design Tools: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create basic wireframes and prototypes to convey design ideas.

User Research: Knowledge of basic user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative problem-solving skills to identify and solve user challenges.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design decisions effectively.

Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail, especially regarding consistency and user interface elements.

Collaborative Attitude: Willingness to work in a team and adapt to feedback.

Portfolio of Work: A collection of work that showcases an understanding of UX principles, even if it includes projects from personal or academic settings.
