We are seeking a talented and creative Software Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Product Design: Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for our software products, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results.
- Trends & Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the design process and product experience.
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
