: UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our software-based company. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly mobile application interfaces that enhance user experiences and align with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

2. Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

3. Interface Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with the brand and product requirements.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.

5. Usability Testing: Test designs for usability and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

6. Design Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design processes and standards.

7. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging tools, and UX/UI best practices to innovate and improve designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or Masters Prefered.

2. 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-based environment.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.

5. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
