• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design and user research, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful projects in user-centered design and research.
• Extensive experience in both conducting and leading user research, from planning and execution to analysis and presentation.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and research tools such as User Testing, Optimal Workshop, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research insights into actionable design solutions and strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, etc.)
• Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
