1. Understand product specifications and user psychology 2. Create personas through user research and data 3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and concept notes for digital products and design web and mobile apps around customer needs 4. Must have hand on experience with Figma or similar tools 5. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability, User Interaction design) 6. Build storyboards to conceptualize designs 7. Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences 8.
