As a UX Designer at Xtreme Productivity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our digital solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to create compelling and user-friendly designs that enhance the user experience for our clients, who are predominantly not-for-profit and charitable organizations.Responsibilities
- Develop UI and graphic design assets for internal stakeholders and client projects.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project teams.
- Provide appropriate graphics content to support digital marketing campaigns (social media, digital advertising, etc.).
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness issues).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Protect and maintain the Xtreme Productivity brand.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer/Designer or similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proven ability to adapt personal aesthetic to adhere to client brand guidelines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
