This includes drawing on data and research to inform design concepts and decision-making. We start with asking the right questions and end with optimized deliverables that drive valuable outcomes for our customers and business. Our designers are great storytellers, active listeners, technology enthusiasts, and experts in their craft. As a UX Designer, you will advocate for our customer needs and lead project execution in a complex or strategic product domain. You will establish a network across domains and your cross-functional team. Your day-to-day:

• Work with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PayPal\xe2\x80\x99s products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process.
• Create high-quality deliverables on a workstream with some oversight and guidance from a senior designer, within timelines and project requirements.
• Leverages and fosters the use of established UX techniques, templates, presentations, and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and materials.
• Play an active role in our thriving, inspiring, and fun UX Design practice and culture.

What do you need to bring:

• BA/BS +2 years or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree +1 years experience in the field of user experience, design, research or related fields; for example, Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors/HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, OR alternative equivalent project/portfolio experience
