Skills: Figma and Miro We are looking for a talented Sr. UX Designer to join our Design team at the Born Group. You will be a vital contributor to our design team, responsible for delivering user-centric solutions for our clients. You will actively participate in the UX design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a crucial role in the creation of innovative digital experiences for the Born Group clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX design team members and cross-functional teams to contribute to project success.
- Share UX insights and contribute to design discussions within the team.
- Mentor the team with workshops and show-and-tell sessions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and user experience needs.
- Translate client requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Participate in user research activities to uncover insights into user behaviours and needs.
- Contribute to the development of design strategies based on research findings.
- Contribute to the creation of information architecture, user flows & wireframes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Seek opportunities for learning and skill development within the field of UX design.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Design, Business)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with client industries such as telco, e-commerce, enterprise applications, FMCG, etc.
- Proficiency in AI Tools such as ChatGPT.
- Experience in a service-based organization catering to diverse industry verticals.
