ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


UI/UX Design & Development:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React , Angular and others to build dynamic, responsive, and interactive interfaces for revenue management tools.
• UI/UX design principles: Strong ability to design user interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and optimized for users who manage complex pricing and inventory decisions.
• Experience with design systems and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to ensure consistency across different parts of the airline's revenue management platform.
• Deep understanding of data visualization to present complex pricing data, booking trends, inventory levels, and revenue forecasts clearly (e.g., using charts, dashboards, or reports).
• Knowledge of responsive design to ensure that interfaces are optimized for various devices (e.g., desktop for internal revenue management teams, mobile for managers in the field)

Back-End Technologies & Integration:

• Back-end programming skills /knowledge in languages like Java , Python , Cython, and others for managing the business logic that supports airline revenue management systems.
• Familiarity with data-heavy environments and large-scale database management systems such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , MongoDB , for managing pricing, inventory, and booking data.
• APIs & Data Integration: Strong experience with designing or implementing web services for integrating the UI with backend systems like Revenue Management Systems (RMS) , Global Distribution Systems (GDS) , or Reservation Systems .
• Knowledge of creating features, developing team features and user stories


Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to host scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems for revenue management applications
