:Description : What we look for \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to research, create journeys, personas, IA, wireframes, screen prototypes, and usability testing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with business requirement gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong sense of time management, deadlines, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with client services and negotiating business decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Psychology, Information Science, Design discipline or related field and minimum 4 year experience in user experience design or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate Exceptional Design Skills, Attention to Detail and User-Centric intellect. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Conceptualization and Visualization ability to create Wireframes, Prototypes and Information Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design and Visual Design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in tools like white boarding, paper sketches & Figma \xe2\x80\xa2 Capability to adhere to team processes and standards, while contributing ideas for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail.Benefits :
