As a UTS Associate, you will play a

crucial role in ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user

experiences, meet rigorous testing standards, and receive ongoing support. This

entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn

and contribute to various aspects of product development and customer

satisfaction.


Key

Responsibilities


• User Experience (UX)
+ Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes,

prototypes, and user flows.
+ Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for

improvement.

• Testing
+ Participate in manual testing of

software products.
+ Assist in writing and executing test cases to identify

defects and ensure product quality.
+ Work closely with developers to understand and resolve

issues.

• Support
+ Provide first-level support to customers by responding

to inquiries and resolving technical issues.
+ Document common issues and their resolutions to help

improve support processes.
+ Collaborate with the product team to suggest

enhancements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of UX principles, software testing

methodologies, and customer support practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work

well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to

problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and

technologies.
