About the Role:

The Manager will be Providing efficient utility services to internal customers and in charge for the maintenance and upkeep of an organization\'s buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

• To set up Utilities and Facilities targets and achieve the same within stipulated time and cost parameters.
• Condition monitoring of Electrical equipment by using advance tools.
• Engineering store \xe2\x80\x93 Inventory control, ABC analysis, Obsolete analysis, GRC compliance.
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, measure and monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle for the Utiliy and Facility department
• Implement, maintain and improve Engineering and Maintenance Master Plan for factory with the help of Department Manager.

Actively contribute and lead H&S in Utilities and Facilities Department
MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES (UT &FT):
Ensures the proper panning and execution of all the maintenance activities related to:

• Electricity - Machine electricity and service lighting, Knowledge of 33KV express feeder. O& M of Diesel generator sets.
• Air Conditioning - Chillers, Air handling units, Moisture control units (Humidifier), Air purifier systems and Space heaters
• Compressed Air \xe2\x80\x93 O&M of large capacity oil free compressors and cooling tower
• Boiler - O&M of HSD base boiler
• LPG/Diesel - O&M of LPG yard/Diesel tanks and affected equipment
• Water treatment plant - O& M of WTP to maintain required process water quality.
• Wastewater treatment plant - O& M of WTP to maintain required process water quality.
• Facility maintenance \xe2\x80\x93 Civil and electrical maintenance of facility. Leadership and ownership quality to handle a utility team

PROJECT ACTIVITIES: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION & EXECUT

• Executes specification design activities, defining required technical features for the UT & FT area
• Supports the startup of new machineries
• Oversees the technology diffusion among plants, within times, costs and quality standards defined (e.g. service level) for each order and ensures the know-how transfer to the plant -\xef\x83\xa0 In collaboration with the Project Department
• Is responsible for the execution of utilities and Facilities projects in collaboration with the Project Department

SUPPORT TO SOURCING

• Operates as a point of reference for sourcing department and provides support in:
• Definition of sourcing strategies
• Collecting and evaluating offers
• Assessing suppliers
• Supplier selection (as support)

BUDGETING

• Supports the definition of figures for the annual budget (Opex), with specific reference to Utilities/Facilities and Energy, within the area assigned.

DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

• Ensures a proper technical documentation for UT/FT equipment and ensures their continuous update
• Ensures the drafting of technical documentation related to the UT/FT projects

HUMAN RESOURCES / TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Is accountable for managing people assigned, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development and empowerment
• Supports in Recruits, manages, motivates, coaches and develops own team
• Guarantees to support Human Resources professional development, evaluating people and proposing development initiatives

EXTERNAL RELATIONS / TECHNICAL ALIGNMENT

• Regulatory compliances \xe2\x80\x93Regulatory compliances like DISH, MPCB, MSEDCL, FIRE. Like representative of the Plant function, he handle the communications/activities for all the technical aspects with the external stakeholders

Who we are looking for:

• You must have a Bachelors degree in Enginerring with minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Civil and electrical maintenance of facility
• Knowledge of ISO14001 & 50001
• Leadership and ownership quality to handle a utility team
• MS-Office, Word Excel, Power point, Outlook, SAP System and Auto CAD
• Time Management & Strong communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
