You will be working as User Experience Specialist and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Automation Digital Division based in Mumbai, India. In this role you will be reporting to User Experience Manager and will be responsible for helping to conduct persona research, defining user experience and testing mockups & prototypes with the aim of iterating towards best-in-class user experience. Helping to develop sketches of product design including all phases of structuring, labeling, and wireframing. Working with software development team on implementation details in compliance with design guidelinesYour responsibilities Understanding UX requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, creating user journey maps, empathy maps, task flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Applying the appropriate design thinking, user centered design method/tools and conducting stakeholder workshops/discussions Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Creating low/high fidelity wireframes/prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD Collaborating with product management and product development team to define and implement designs into web applications Presenting and defending designs, providing key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Establishing and promoting UX process guidelines, best practices, standards, create style guides, design documents and related creative assets Living ABB\'s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business Your background Batchelor Design /Master Design in interaction design or Degree in social or behavioral sciences, library science, information computer technology, psychology, cognitive sciences, industrial design, HCI - or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in user experience design and handling UX deliverables, from personas & storyboards to information architecture, concept sketching, interaction design and wireframes Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite of applications, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma with the ability to quickly pick up new tools and present your designs, selling your solutions to various stakeholders Portfolio that showcases you as a UX Analyst. it should convey, the kind of problems you have worked on solving, the types or projects and products you have worked on, what you in particular have contributed, your style of communicating design, the quality of artefacts like Wireframes, Flows, User Journey Maps, Personas Required to be up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies for both web and mobile platforms with certification from Human Factors International (HFI) will be a plus More about us ABB is a leading global technology company that energizes the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.
