Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs for web applications, websites, and other digital products.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Design responsive web layouts and components that work across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX and web development.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Overview:
The Hexagon Geosystems division in Hexagon CCI is expanding its team to build innovative products/solutions and strengthen its current development teams. We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer who also has the ability to contribute to web development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences and a strong understanding of web development. The candidate should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that meet business requirements and user needs. Skills Required:

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design with a focus on web development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web applications, websites, and other digital products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of web design best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and user interface design patterns.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with design systems and design thinking methodologies.
