We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.Meet your Team:Globalization user assistance team in Bangalore has more than 20 members, who work closely with each other and with colleagues across locations such as Brazil, China, Germany, and India.What you\'ll do:You will be responsible for developing user assistance content for localization solutions developed at SAP Globalization.The team in Bangalore works on many product areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, including the new Success Factor Payroll, Concur and Ariba. You will be assigned as UA to work on one of the product areas, however, can also be assigned to other product areas.You would be involved planning, researching, and creating user assistance products on SAP Help Portal, SAP Companion, videos, and system documentation. As the scrum team UA, you would be responsible for editing UI texts to ensure usability and will work closely with User Experience.After you have gained experience, we will encourage you to take on more responsibility and branch out into other projects relating to user assistance. The User Assistance team at SAP Globalization is the frontrunner in areas such as analytics, co-creation, and have won awards and recognitions within the SAP UA com.What you bring:4+ years experience in technical writing and in developing other user assistance products for the software industry. You have experience with technical writing tools such as Ixiasoft, SAP Companion and SAP ERP system documentation including IMGs.Qualifications:
You hold a B.Tech/B.E, or a University degree preferably in Technical Writing, IT, Business Studies or English. Your strength lies in conveying technical information in a clear and precise manner. Experience in developing technical videos will be an advantage.
