Paid user acquisition is the corner stone of mobile game development. SO much so that most games are first tested for distribution before even embarking on building the game.
Your role is to execute various kinds of mobile campaigns - BAU, performance, marketing tests, creative tests, across geographies and multiple platforms like google ads, facebook, networks like unity, applovin, ironsource etc. to name a few. We have a fast-paced, collaborative, data led environment where you will have a chance to work both independently and with other team members in the
creation and implementation of mobile games.1. To monitor and run campaigns across platforms and ensure they are
delivering results for each game title
2. Channel depth : understanding options for each channel and how it works.
3. Channel relationships with managers and getting input on our campaigns, market and competitors
4. Working with UA team - working with creative team for creative production and UA manager for inputs
5. You would be required to scale up on your ability to work with data. To
look at data and analyse in detail. Use that to arrive at predictive models of how to understand campaign performance

6. Experience of working on Facebook/Google Ads/Networks. Experience on multiple channels is good, so is deep expertise in one. Certifications
are an added bonus.
7. Experience of doing performance marketing for mobile apps is a big bonus.
8. Overall 1-2 years of performance marketing experience where you had setup and were running campaigns. Any kind of corporate exposure is a bonus but not a must have if you can ace our Must haves.
9. Our target segment is western market so preferably has done marketing for that market
10.
