The Used Car Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on used vehicles, negotiating sales prices, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, emphasizing features, benefits, and value.
• Offer expert advice on used car options, financing, and warranty packages.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Stay informed about the current inventory of used vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and ready for sale.
• Monitor and manage the online listings of used cars, updating prices, and descriptions as needed.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values with customers, aiming to achieve a win-win outcome.
• Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
• Work closely with the finance department to assist customers with financing options and insurance.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the dealership's overall profitability by maximizing sales opportunities.
