Accurate Data Entry
: Inputting data into the company's systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Ensuring that the information entered is error-free and up-to-date.
Data Validation
: Verifying the accuracy of the data entered and cross-checking records for completeness or correctness.
Database Maintenance
: Updating records, managing database queries, and keeping all files and data organized for easy retrieval.
Generating Reports
: Creating reports based on the data entered or processed and submitting them as required by other departments or managers.

Chatting/Live Chat Support
Customer/Client Interaction
: Communicating with customers, clients, or internal teams via live chat platforms, answering queries, and resolving issues in real time.
Providing Information
: Offering accurate information about products, services, or processes through written communication.

Calling/Phone Support
Inbound/Outbound Calls
: Making outbound calls to clients, customers, or vendors for data collection, feedback, or process-related queries. Also, handling inbound calls and providing assistance.
Customer Issue Resolution
: Addressing customer queries, following up on pending requests, and resolving issues related to services or transactions over the phone.
Appointment Setting/Follow-ups
: Making calls to schedule appointments, follow up on previous conversations, or remind clients of important dates.

Task Management
: Assisting with organizing and prioritizing various daily tasks related to data entry, calls, and chats to ensure efficient completion.
Process Documentation
