Responsibilities
• Data Monitoring: Regularly review the Late Missed Visit dashboard for real-time updates on missed visits.
• Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in missed clock-ins and late visits to understand underlying issues that the employee is having.
• Follow-Up Calls: Initiate calls to employees who missed clocking in for visits, ensuring to gather reasons and any barriers they faced.
• Support and Guidance: Provide assistance to employees on how to use the clock-in system effectively.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all outreach attempts and caregiver responses regarding missed clock-ins.
• Reporting: Compile and present findings from caregiver feedback to management for further analysis.
• Update the visit status in all the systems and provide clarification about missed and late visits.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Work closely with operations team and HR teams to address issues related to employee attendance and clock-ins.
• Feedback Loop: Share insights from caregiver interactions with relevant departments to enhance policies and practices.

• Graduate

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
