Scheduling, Logistics, and Hiring, etc.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling backend administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
This role requires
strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating patient visits, caregiver shifts, and medical service appointments.
Use scheduling software (e.g., WellSky, ClearCare) to update and maintain schedules.
Manage last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and emergency staffing needs.
Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients and transportation, and Scheduling team, etc.
2. Logistics & Resource Management:
Coordinate caregiver assignments based on availability, patient location.
Assist to transportation team in their workflow.
Ensure timely delivery and tracking of transportation for patients and staff.
3. Recruitment & Hiring Support:
Assist in screening job applications, scheduling interviews, calling to new applicants, and coordinating with HR for hiring caregivers and staff.
Maintain candidate databases, track applications, and update recruitment records.
Help with onboarding new hires by ensuring all required documents, credentials, and compliance checks are completed.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain employee training logs.
4. Administrative & Compliance Support:
Maintain accurate records of patient visits, caregiver schedules, and service logs.
Ensure compliance with
Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA regulations
, and company policies.
Generate and submit reports related to scheduling, hiring, and logistics for management review.
Assist in payroll verification by tracking caregiver work hours and visit logs.
5. Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between caregivers, patients, hiring managers, and department heads.
Address inquiries related to schedules, logistics, and job applications.

Graduate
Ability to work from the office full-time
