•Location:• Wagle Estate, Thane

•Experience:• Minimum 1 year in International Process (US, UK, Australia process preferred)

•Employment Type:• Full-time, Immediate joiners preferred

•Work Schedule:• Night Shift, 5 days a week

•Position Overview:•

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling US-based customers in sales, customer service, retentions, collections, or medical billing processes.

•Requirements:•

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international process (US, UK, Australia).

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

•Preferred Skills:•

- Experience in US sales, customer service, retentions, collections, or medical billing.

- Familiarity with industry-specific software applications.
