• Handling inbound calls and converting them into sales.
• Selling flights tickets on Campaign calls Helping clients with travel advice & information.
• Ensuring smooth travel arrangements by booking tickets and accommodation.
• Identifying clients preferences and suggesting appropriate travel packages or services.
• Gathering information about different locations, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
• Resolving issues faced by travelers and determining eligibility for refunds.

Ideal ProfileRequirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Should be well-versed with GDS (Amadeus )
• Having experience in PPC calls only.
