Customer Outreach :
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing US-based customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer queries, and provide relevant information professionally.
Sales and Lead Conversion :
• Persuade customers to opt for products or services, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to finalize deals and achieve sales targets.
Data Management :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and call details in the CRM system.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Customer Engagement :
• Build and nurture positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Target Achievement :
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education : High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience :
• Minimum of 1-2 years in telecalling or customer service for a US-based process is advantageous.
Skills :
• Exceptional communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills.
