We are looking to hire seasoned Technical Recruiters, to join our rapidly growing team! Our team of highly experienced recruiters, support our customer-focused prime and subcontract Federal Govt. programs and we are looking for motivating/driven individuals to join this dynamic team. Job Duties: Drive all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients. Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through both active and passive sourcing used for both specific client projects and ongoing talent networks. Maintain internal databases to capture accurate candidate/prospect information, sourcing activity, placement information etc. Develop and maintain good working relationships with the internal sales and recruiting teams to create partnership that yields success, results, and credibility. Engage in open, honest, and transparent communication with clients, job candidates, team members, and management. Screening job candidates over the phone to ensure that they are a match for the position based on qualifications and personality. Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Attend recruiting status update meetings. Required Skills: Experience in Recruiting Candidates for IT, Engineering, and Creative Positions. Experience recruiting candidates with active federal security clearances including Public Trust, Secret and Top Secret Experience with pipeline recruiting for government proposals. Must have a solid understanding of Full-Cycle recruitment. Must have working knowledge of Job Boards including Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Dice, etc. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects happening simultaneously. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and knowledge/experience working with applicant tracking software (ATS) Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
