Job Summary: The Junior US Tax Analyst will support the tax department in various tasks related to tax compliance, reporting, and analysis. This role involves working closely with senior tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax-related assignments. Key Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Assist in preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Conduct tax research to support planning and compliance efforts.
- Analyze financial data for tax implications and opportunities.
- Prepare tax provisions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain organized tax records and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams, advisors, and tax authorities.
- Identify process improvements and support implementation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
- Foreign Taxation.
- 2+ years of experience in tax preparation, compliance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Master\'s degree in Taxation or related field.
- Experience working in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
- Knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
