Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Experience working night shifts aligned with USA business hours.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a work environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
