Designation: US Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Phase 8 Industrial / Remote

Exp: 1-5 years

Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM(Nightshift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Direct Clients, State Clients, and Implementation Partners.
• Understand and address client requirements by sourcing candidates from job portals, referrals, headhunting, and networking sites.
• Submit profiles quickly to meet deadlines for each requisition.
• Utilize job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Job Diva effectively.
• Use headhunting, internet sourcing, networking, and referrals as sourcing strategies.
• Leverage Boolean search techniques on platforms like Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to find and evaluate candidates.
• Understand US geography and job market trends.
• Negotiate contract terms, benefits, and ownership of profitability.
• Maintain and build a candidate database.
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What we are looking for: -

• 1-5 years of a proven track record in Non-IT Staffing in US market.
• Strong communicator.
• Good understanding of Non-IT terminology and US staffing industry.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp 2 Corp).
• The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with one year of relevant experience.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.

Pay: ?40,478.88 - ?70,824.46 per month
