Location: Work From Office Hyderabad (Financial District)
Shift time - 5.30pm to 2.30am IST (Cab Facility Home pick up & drop)
Immediate to 1 Week 15 days Joiner preferred.

• Understand key requirements & develop sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow that will deliver key results.
• Work with internal technology teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across levels.
• Work in sync with the company wide recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, search & selection using job boards, digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software and CRM systems to track applicants.
• Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
• Supervise, Coach, Develop and manage a team of recruiters.
Who You Are:
• You are a dynamic recruiting professional with at least 5+ years of high-performance tech/no-tech recruiting experience with search firms and/or mid-large sized companies (preferably RPO /Technology/Internet/Analytics/Ad tech/ECommerce)
• You have experience of engaging and hiring the best talent by heavily leveraging social recruiting as well as employer branding efforts
• You have flawless written & spoken English communication & can manage hiring for a completely international business, often interfacing with Global business teams spread across US
• You are always open to learning from your peers & managers, anything that helps you do your job better day in & day out.
• You use LinkedIn/Social hiring networks daily to recruit, as also new age job boards and Talent portfolio sites & forums, etc.
• Must have working experience on Boolean search and job portals (Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed etc)
• You take a lot of initiative & do not rest until the job is done, speaking of which, you work well within timelines & keep a lean turn around time in hiring.
• You work well with teams as also on your own as a high impact individual contributor.
• You believe in creative recruiting & do not always go by the book. You bring something unique to the table!.
• You have the ability to Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Strong US Staffing Market intelligence a MUST
• Ability to drive team and keep them motivated.
• Remote worker experience with dedicated home office
• Good understanding of various IT / Technology skills
• Exceptional skills on the phone (optional as we have mentioned above about the communication skills)
• Good MS-Office web skills a must
• Ability to talk effectively and write business communication in a clear concise manner
• The hired resource must have a prior stable history of leading/managing multiple mid-large sized teams and have a thorough knowledge of the latest recruitment trends in the industry.
• Must be able to adapt to changes quickly and willing to learn and implement changes whenever directed
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing dynamic environment.
• Must be well versed with all terminologies of US IT/Non-IT/Healthcare recruitment
• Will be involved in managing and mentoring/training the Recruitment Team.
• Review team performance and set/reset goals/targets.
• Must be good in delegating responsibilities and decision making.
