Position: US Recruiter - NON ITRelevant Experience Required: 1 to 4 YearsLocation: Fully RemoteWorking Days: Monday to FridayShift: EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)Job Duties:

• Handle IT/Professional Services requirements from US-based clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Source candidates from job portals (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn) and post jobs on these platforms.
• Understand and work with US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Work on Full Time, Contract, Permanent, and Contract to Hire (C2H) positions.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks and drug tests.
• Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals to interviews and placements.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new technologies.
• Consistently achieve quality submission targets daily/weekly.
• Identify the ideal candidate for any given job description based on experience.
• Generate candidate interest in customer requirements creatively and convincingly.
• Think strategically and execute searches for niche technical skills.
• Professional, adaptable, and resilient - able to handle rejection and maintain high effort throughout the workday.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for success.
• Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates\' IT skills.
• Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
• Knowledgeable about different tax terms, benefits, and costs (W2, 1099, Corp to Corp, FTS).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills are mandatory.

• B.Tech (any stream), MCA, BCA, B.Sc., MBA (any stream), or similar qualifications are eligible.
