Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment market, experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a wide variety of roles within the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and identify key skills and requirements for each role.
• Sourcing and Screening:
• Utilize various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to source top talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone and video interviews, to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Partner with US-based clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of candidates.
• Negotiation and Offer Management:
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring practices in the US market.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to the hiring process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, pipeline status, and hiring success rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably within IT, Engineering, or other technical industries.
• In-depth knowledge of the US labor market, hiring trends, and visa requirements (H1-B, OPT, etc.).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for IT, healthcare, or engineering sectors.
• Understanding of compensation structures, market rates, and employment laws in the US.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
