Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in working night shifts aligned with USA business hours. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the staffing needs of Synergy Health 360. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Experience working night shifts aligned with USA business hours.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
