Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven US Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and US labor market dynamics, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pools and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for candidates across different functions.
• Sourcing Talent: Use various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find and attract active and passive candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video interviews, evaluating candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company positively at job fairs, online, and at other networking events to build awareness of our employer brand.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience in the US market, preferably with exposure to both agency and in-house environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques like Boolean searches, social media sourcing, and networking.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.
• Cultural Fit: Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse talent and contribute to an inclusive company culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in recruiting for technical or niche roles.
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in multiple US states.
