As an entry-level recruiter, you will work closely with senior recruiters and clients to identify, engage, and recruit qualified IT professionals for various technical roles across the United States. Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to identify and source potential candidates for IT job openings.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and experience.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and the ideal candidate profile.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Create compelling job postings and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidate profiles, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and tracked.
• Candidate Shortlisting: Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate profiles and skill summaries.
• Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
• Follow-ups & Negotiations: Assist with the negotiation process, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment progress, including sourcing methods, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles within the IT industry (training will be provided).
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve recruitment challenges quickly and effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
