: Position Summary: As a US Recruiter at Shivansh Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates. \xc2\xb7 Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for specific roles. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. \xc2\xb7 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process. \xc2\xb7 Assess candidates\' skills, competencies, and cultural fit with clients\' organizations. \xc2\xb7 Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the onboarding process, including background checks and necessary documentation. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
