Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US Pharma Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our US-based pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top pharmaceutical professionals for US-based clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the US pharmaceutical market

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical industry and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
