• Coordinate between US-based team and the Indian backend operations team, facilitating communication to ensure timely exchange of information, updates and project requirements and resolving issues effectively.
• Working on the data and orders management.
• Contacting client/customers to obtain signed orders, escalating unresolved issues to the US team.
• Preparing orders for billing by ensuring all necessary information and signatures are in place, and conducting regular audits to verify accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across different time zones.
• Compile, analyze, and generate reports pertaining to various operational metrics and key performance indicators.
• Communicating with ]teams at different offices via emails and phone calls
• Work on different software and reports.
• Perform the duties/tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Excellent English speaking and interpersonal skills
• Experience : 2 - 3 years (Preferred)
• Graduation is must
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Willing to work in US /night shifts
• Experience in dealing with US clients
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Good hold of basic computer skills.
