Job Role: US Recruitment Specialist (US NON-IT Recruiter):
:
• Understand the Job description along with Client Business
• Source profiles from various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other social network sources.
• Selling opportunity and assessing candidate from JD perspective
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Achieve monthly target on position closure and revenues
Candidate Requirement:
• Should be passionate in making career in Recruitment
• Strong Eye for details to understand the role and .
• Go getter with street smart attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Should be willing to learn new skills, technology, and process
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
