Designation: Senior US Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Bestech Towers, Sec 66 Mohali (Onsite)

Exp: 1-5 years (Oil and Gas/ Energy background)

Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM(Nightshift)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients/State clients and Implementation partners.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
• Should have Working experience with job sites Dice, Monster, Career builder, Job diva etc.
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.

Identifying candidates using Boolean search on Dice, Monster, indeed, CB and LinkedIn Sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates for the job requirements from multiple location for USA.

• Should have good understanding of US geography.
• Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
• Must pay attention to maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
• Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.

What we are looking for: -

• 1-5 years of a proven track record in Non-IT Staffing in US market.
• Strong communicator.
• Good understanding of Non-IT terminology and US staffing industry.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp 2 Corp).
• The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with one year of relevant experience.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,478.88 - ?50,824.46 per month
